Teacher Skills Assessment

The ESCAPE Teacher Skills Assessment Framework (TSAF) is a non-evaluative tool for the self-development and quality assurance of educators. It helps teachers integrate cybersecurity skills and digital ethics into training lessons for healthcare professionals. The TSAF is founded on experiential learning and reflection, employing tools like a self-reflection questionnaire, peer observation, and learner feedback. It focuses on four key competencies, including Digital Didactics and Cybersecurity Expertise, to ensure teachers can effectively use the game-based ESCAPE methodology. Ultimately, TSAF is a structured, continuous cycle for professional growth, not a test.
